Real Talk Session

$250.00

One session. One thing you're wrestling with. Let's get into it.

60 minutes, fully present, no fluff. This is the entry point — come with one thing and leave with clarity.

REAL TALK SESSION is not a diagnosis. Not a treatment plan. Not a fix. One hour with someone who'll think alongside you, ask the question you've been avoiding, and not let you off easy. You leave with clarity — not a worksheet.

What this is

A room to think out loud, with someone who isn't inside your life and doesn't need you to be a certain way. A creative partner for the parts of life that don't fit neatly into "career coach," "therapist," or "friend who's heard this story one too many times." Work, relationships, the quiet feeling that something has to change — whatever you're actually wrestling with, that's what we get into.

I ask real questions. I push back when something doesn't add up. I remember what you told me last time. I tell you the truth, even when it's not the easy thing to hear.

What this isn't

This isn't therapy. I'm not a licensed clinician — I don't diagnose and I don't treat mental health conditions. If what you're dealing with is clinical — depression, trauma, a crisis — this isn't the right room for it, and I'll tell you that directly and point you toward someone who is.

It's also not a coaching system with a certification behind it, a course with modules, or a guru relationship where I hand you a script to follow. I don't have one. I have attention, honesty, and the willingness to sit in something with you until it actually gets clearer.

Who it's for

People mid-decision, mid-change, or mid-something, who want a sharp, honest thinking partner instead of a professional at arm's length. People who don't need to be fixed — they need to be met.

Who it's not for

If you need clinical support, go get it first. This works alongside good professional care. It's never a replacement for it.
