Twelve sessions over three months. Weekly. All in. For the person who's done waiting and ready to do the work. This is the whole thing.
What it is
Twelve sessions, weekly, over three months. All in. This is for the person who's done circling — done thinking about thinking about it — and ready to actually be in the work every week until something real shifts. It's the difference between visiting the gym occasionally and training. Reps, not a single big conversation.
What it isn't
Not therapy, not a certification program, not a guru relationship where you're following my system. Weekly contact for three months is a lot of closeness, and I take that seriously — it isn't a subscription to keep you dependent, it's a deliberate, time-boxed push. There's an end date built in on purpose. The goal is you rebuilding something that holds without me, not you needing this indefinitely.
Who it's for
You're not confused about what needs to change — you're ready to actually do it, and you know that kind of sustained change needs sustained attention, not one conversation a month.
Who it's not for
If you're still figuring out whether something needs to change at all, start smaller — a Real Talk Session or The Thread. And if what you're carrying is clinical, this level of closeness with a non-clinician isn't the right container for it — get licensed support first, then come back to this if it still makes sense.
